Party Planning With Vera Bradley

Did you see the news on my Instagram? Today, I'm partnering with one of my favorite brands, Vera Bradley, to bring you fun ideas on how to celebrate over the summer with all your favorite family and friends at a gathering of your choice.(Don't forget to check out my post on their blog, too!) From graduation parties to birthdays to holidays, it’s an ongoing deal! I’ve put together a bright table setting with the cutest Pixie Blooms color scheme for any small lunch/dinner party you might be looking to create. See my 5 steps to a simple outdoor celebration below:
  1. Pick Your Pattern/Color Scheme: With a variety of patterns to choose from, Vera Bradley has every color scheme in the book. If you’re looking for bright and bold, try Pixie Blooms like I did. If you want to make a simple statement try Marrakesh or Midnight Stripe and go with a more neutral color palette. Whatever you choose, you can’t go wrong!
  2. Go Shopping: We could all spend days on the Vera Bradley website, but browse through your chosen pattern and matching colors to find products that can be incorporated on to your table. I chose the Shimmery Stretch Hair Ties to use for the napkin holders (I think this is my favorite touch!), Die-Cut Notecards as name cards and the Beach Towel as the table runner to add in the Pixie Blooms pattern.
  3. Style the Table: Once you have your products and matching plates/utensils, it’s time to set the table and see your master plan come to light. Lay out your brilliant finds and take a couple pictures to remember all your hard work!
  4. Bring on the Guest List: Now that you’ve got all the décor planned and out of the way, grab your closest gal pals and start celebrating! Take time to relax, enjoy the moment and toast to the grads amazing accomplishments.
  5. Say Thanks: After you’ve officially celebrated graduation, give your guests a little gift like the Travel Tumblr, Zip ID Case or a candle to say “thanks” for having them join you for the special occasion. They’ll be extra excited to go home with the tummies, hearts and hands full of love!
**Of course, I love Vera Bradley color schemes and products, but remember a trip to your local party store or Target are also great places to purchase fun finds for a table setting. (Ya'll that's where I got my cute utensils and paper plates for under $7!)

  5. I just love outdoor parties as it is so much fun to party under the wide open sky and again adding pink to your outdoor party is amazing as such vibrant colors are really great to be used. I am also planning for a party at DC venues and hope it will also be same like yours.
